All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

We cannot accept products that have been:

Opened
Worn
Washed
Brushed
Colored
Chemically treated
Altered in any way

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at EYERUSHAIR@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
